Electronic Communications

We may communicate with you via phone, SMS, or email for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and administrative purposes. Patients provide consent to receive these messages when they give us their phone number during intake, scheduling, or direct communication. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Important: SMS or email messages are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
