Tele-Visitation Notice

ATTENTION PATIENTS AND FAMILIES

Out of an abundance of caution, we are suspending in-person visitation effective March 15, 2020, until further notice.

In order to continue to offer an opportunity for you to connect with your loved one, we are making virtual visitation available via Zoom. Visitation will be initiated by a phone call from the patient and he or she will provide you with a meeting number. Please be patient as there are a limited number of connections available at any one time. Virtual visitation will not be allowed during group time and will be limited to about 10 minutes.

If you have received a meeting number from a patient, click here for instructions to connect via Zoom.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please know that we are following CDC guidance, as well as state and local public health departments in order to best care for loved ones during this critical time.
